GreenCastle

Vendor relationships
and the “fourth party”

Greencastle plays a special role when a healthcare organization implements transformational solutions centered on technology. In order to assure that systems deliver maximum value to the healthcare organization, Greencastle coordinates all of the activities associated with complex projects related to any of the major healthcare IT software developers and equipment manufacturers.

When healthcare organizations rely on traditional sets of resources for large-scale project execution, they often face traditional constraints. As healthcare IT requirements have expanded in scope and complexity, a more thorough approach has become increasingly urgent. We call it the “fourth party” approach. As an independent fourth party, we’re positioned to represent project sponsors, manage internal resource teams, and coordinate process issues with vendors.

Greencastle’s role is to direct the flow of your initiative, draw on the right capabilities as needed, balance resources in a reasonable manner and, ultimately, concentrate on delivering value.
