Greencastle’s work reflects the qualities of our consultants: a strong sense of value, a team focus and managerial skill.
First and foremost, Greencastle consultants are leaders. They excel at generating enthusiasm for high performance within project teams. Our core values and our adaptable mindset produce change agents who thrive under pressure, maintain accountability and drive confident decision-making.
While high-impact leadership is one requirement, a collegial atmosphere is another essential element. We pride ourselves in our ability to work as a team — with clinical staffs, with technologists, with vendors — in a collaborative, productive fashion.
Unlike some firms, Greencastle provides consultants who are accomplished, dynamic leaders. Our people bring a proven history of achievement from healthcare as well as complementary fields such as manufacturing, retail, economic development and service provision.
